Problem mit den Green Markers

Hallo und Shorah.

Ich spiele gerade die grünen Marker von GZ. Habe da nur ein Problem:
Der Marker im Bahron City Office war (ist) nicht vorhanden. Ansonsten habe ich alle grünen Marker gesammelt. Um einen Bug auszuschliessen habe ich mich einmal ausgeloggt und wieder eingeloggt. Danach waren die bereits gefundenen, günen Marker aus der KI verschwunden. Leider kann ich nun auch keines der Markerspiele im GZ neu laden. Woran kann das liegen ?

I'm playing the green marker of GZ. Have only one problem:
The marker in Bahron City Office was (is) not available. Otherwise, I have collected all the green marker. To exclude a bug I once logged out and logged me again. Then the already found green markers had disappeared from the KI. Unfortunately, I can not load now any of the markers games in GZ. Why is that?

So, ich habe alles versucht, sogar eine komplette Neuinstallation von TOC. Nichts hat geholfen...
Hat sonst niemand das Problem ? Ich habe auch mehrere Avatare ausprobiert. Mit keinem der Avas kann
ich die grünen Marker laden und/oder spielen. Bitte daher dringend um Hilfe.

So, I've tried everything, even a complete reinstall of TOC. Nothing has helped ...
Has no one else the problem? I have also tried several avatars. No of my Avas is able to
load or play the green markers. Please therefore urgent help.

I have no tools and time to look into that issue at the moment, but I'll do so as soon as I can. Can anybody else confirm the problem?

Ich habe momentan keine Möglichkeiten und Zeit mir die Sache genauer anzuschauen, werde dies aber sobald wie möglich tun. Kannst sonst jemand dieses Problem bestätigen?

Also: Ein komplett neu angelegter Account hat nun die Lösung gebracht. Beide Marker funktionieren einwandfrei.
Dann muss es wohl an meinen alten Account liegen...


So: a completely newly created account has now brought the solution. Both markers function properly.
Then there must be a mistake in my old account ...

Yes, there is another thread on this in Bug Reports.... Problem with my KI. I had all the green markers registered and started on the red. I got two of them and logged out for a bit. When I came back, all red lights had disappeared on my KI and it would not flash or collect a marker when I came upon one. This happened 21 Sept. and multiple relogs did not help. I also went back to try to register the KI again and that didn't help either. I can see markers when I come upon them, just can't collect them.
