This may not be anything new but I just linked to the Rainy Riltagamin and found no journey cloths there. Maybe it has always been this way. The dry Riltagamin has journeys.
This is not a game breaker...just curious.

The rainy Riltagamin is a reward/Easter Egg instance. You get access there after finishing the Yeesha's Journey. No point for Cyan to put clothes in that instance.
