Is there a Sparkly of the Month?

...just wondering, did a forum search and did not see any recent announcements.

If it had to be taken out for programming reasons, no worries; however if it is there, would like to know.

I have been to Teledahn, Gahreesen, Phil's Relto and Eder Kemo/Gira and saw none there.

Well Janaba, I peeked, right at the end of the last day of the month... but not in time to solve a problem that I was having with that same age, which prevented me from getting to the place where the sparkly is:
