If i try to start again TOC or URU MOUL, although I closed the game and it is not in Task Manager i see this message:

Image

Have to restart my computer to try to run again. (when I run URU MOUL first, I don't have this problem)

I've tried to install NVIDIA PHYSX 2010.
That's in ТОС site:
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.10 ... river.html
It is recommended janeerah, a new version of 2012.
http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.12 ... river.html
I don't know what the difference is, they are both for the Winows 7. I downloaded both versions.
Nothing has changed. The same application error UruExplorer.exe
The name of the module with the error: PhysXCore.dll

I have already installed Microsoft Visual C + + 2010
Nothing has changed...
(I still have Microsoft Visual C + + 2005 and 2008)

I also tried to delete and re-download the game. Nothing happens in this case. :(

My notebook is Sony Vaio, Windows 7, Intel Core i3, 2.2 GHz, 4 GBytes

Many thanks.

I hope Mystler or Opa will be able to help you when they are back. (Unfortunately I'm not much of a tech person.) So, you installed both physx versions, but it keeps crashing?

In the meantime you could try to run urulauncher.exe as administrator and play with compatibility settings. (I normally use the windows xp sp3 setting.)

I see that you are with 64bit win 7...
Try that: If you didn't make big changes to your Desktop and My Documents folder, try using administrative tools -> system restore and set a date before the problem occurs.

Please also try changing the compatibility mode e.g. to XP SP3.

Hi Myxa,
Janeerah and I were discussing your problem, and we think you should try this,

go to add/remove programs in control panel, and uninstall PhysX
then go to this post and install the PhysX linked to in that post.
if you go back to add/remove programs, it should be PhysX version 9.10.0513 (scroll sideways to see it)
Jan and I both have that version and we have no problems.
(I also use Win7 and have the same C++ runtimes you have)

I can't promise this will solve your problem, it is only a suggestion
