Forgotten Password

I am one of those who has trouble remembering old passwords.
I rely on the PC remembering them and auto-filling them for me.

I have realised that I may have to re-enter my TOC login password at some point,
and I have no idea what it is, I'd be taking guesses hoping I get it right.

In the event I really can't remember it, is it possible to retrieve my login password?
