Well, here's a list of several problems that may occur when starting the client for the first time.
Okay, hier ist eine Liste mit den Problemen, die beim ersten Starten des Clients auftreten können.

"d3dx9.dll" not found
You need the newest DirectX Version from Microsoft.
Ihr braucht die neuste DirectX Version von Microsoft.

"PhysX is not installed, or an older version is installed."
Please install the newest PhysX system software as well as the PhysX legacy driver by NVidia.
And please DO NOT install the PhysX that is in your MOULa/TOC directory.
Bitte installiert die neuste PhysX System Software sowie den PhysX Legacy Treiber von NVidia.
Und bitte installiert NICHT das PhysX, das bei euerer MOULa/TOC installation dabei ist.

Problem with "msvcr110.dll" or "msvcp110.dll"
You are missing the Visual C++ 2012 Runtime. Please use the latest TOC patch and the problem should be fixed.
Euch fehlt die Visual C++2012 Runtime. Bitte nutzt den neusten TOC-Patch und das Problem sollte gelöst sein.

Could not find Data\*\*.*.gz on the server
An error like this means that you have incorrect files. Maybe you didn't install the TOC client with an up-to-date MOULa client or there was an update by Cyan. In this case you have to manually copy the specified files or the whole MOULa dat folder to your TOC client.
Solch ein Fehler bedeutet, dass ihr falsche Dateien benutzt. Vielleicht habt ihr den TOC nicht mit dem aktuellsten MOULa client installiert oder es gab ein Update von Cyan. In diesem Fall müsst ihr die besagte Datei oder gleich den ganzen MOULa dat-Ordner nochmal manuell in das TOC-Verzeichnis kopieren.

"Error: UruLauncher.exe has stopped working"
If you get this error, right click on your UruLauncher.exe and check "Run as administrator".
Solltet ihr diesen Error bekommen, rechtsclick auf euren UruLauncher.exe und wählt "Programm als Administrator ausführen".

Problem with "msvcrt100.dll" or "msvcrt90.dll"
You have to install the C++ 2010 Runtime library (msvcrt100) or the C++ 2008 one (msvcrt90).
Ihr müsst in diesem Fall die C++ 2010 Runtime (msvcrt100) bzw. die C++ 2008 Runtime (msvcrt90) installieren.

Have you tried installing the files from the first link? Thought that file would be in it?
