Urulauncher fails to Update, Times out.

I have previously logged on to TOC MOUL after recent TOC.2.20 Update with success, but now Urulauncher.exe (3,292K) still says it is "TOC.2.19 External.Release" and fails to complete "connecting", then times out with "Error: kNetErrTimout, Failed to get FileServ addresses": It sure looks like a Server error, but TOCMOUL website says TOC is 'Green'.

Not sure if Updater server is down or my client has failed to update previously to TOC.2.20. (There is no Urulauncher.exe.Tmp in the client, but I have cleaned up stray stuff in other Temp, Download locations previously)

The client is still carrying a "Winter Relto" substitute for "Normal Relto". I haven't tried to revert that yet, but I'll check it, anyway.

Yes it Does ! (Just as Wamduskasapa reports). It also cheerfully returned me with the Winter Relto intact (minus a departed (?) Snowman).

In fact it works so well that I want to do it again LOL.
