new to TOC

Every time I go to the Cavern it is empty! Do I have to complete the URU ages before I can visit?

What I mean is there are no other players in city...always says population 0

Hey,
Population 0 means that there are no players online in the city. I do not really understand the problem.

If you want to see who's online you can check the online player list on the homepage or forum portal.

I have checked it over 10 times and always empty, so I thought something wrong with my install. Thanks for answering!
