Cannot access TOC

Hi! I downloaded and installed the TOC Moul installer and have just created an account at your forum. I have been told by one of the TOC players whilst in Uru Live that all I had to do to play the game was download and install the installer. There was no problem with the installer and I already have UrU Live (MOULa) installed and have been playing that for many months for the files to be copied across. However when I click on the Icon to enter TOC the computer tries to connect but cannot, getting one of two different error messages: either
Couldn't resolve host 'moul.the-open-cave.net'
or
Failed to connect to moul.the-open-cave.net port 80: Bad access

Does this mean I will not be able to play TOC because something is wrong with my computer, or is there another reason, which could be fixed?
Please Help.

The only Idea I have is that your Securtity software is blocking the TOC launcher.
