I suppose the DRC numbered Neighbourhoods do not have a specific owner and that we should decide our settings between all of us who reside there. I happen to be the first one to be assigned to the DRC 6 so I would like to propose a poll to my neigbhours, like the one the Guild of Sleepers have realised for their Hood.

But, before we start, how many avvies does a Neighbourhood take? Should we maybe wait untill we are complete? How many places are there left in DRC 6?

If you've read about it will make no changes in DRC Hoods.

These changes will be made only in self-created Neighborhoods.
There will be no changes to the default DRC Neighborhoods.
