Missing Library

Post by RockArdemar »

Shorah!

Yesterday, I finally installed the TOCMoul.
On launching, however, the system adverted about a missing library, MSVCP100.dll:

and that I shoud try to reinstall the game, which I did (with the "repair" option), but it did not work either - the dll is still missing.

Do you know where I can find it, and to what folder shall I put it then?

Thanks in advance! :)

the missing dll files can be fixed by installing the C++ runtime library
The link to download it can be found here http://the-open-cave.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=11 along with other links you may need

I find that when I am re-installing TOC all I need to do as install d3dx9, C++ runtime and the PhysX, then install the TOC client and it all works fine.
But that's my system, not yours.

Hope this helps

Thank you Alien :)

I see I'll have to study a bit more thoroughly all the components and the versions I have. Now the launcher starts but crashes after a while, so it is not so simple as it seemed.

Hope to see you online very soon, with all the problems solved :)
