Authentication Failed. Please try Again.
Invalid account name or password
Everything seems to have installed correctly for TOC-MOUL,
I am using my email address as the account name and the same password that I use for the forum.
EDIT: is there a limit for the number of password characters??
my password may be too long??
Please help
Ok save making a new threadI am having the exact same problem.
I created an Account for TOC/MOUL
Used the same info for TOC login and it fails everytime.
And please don't say the problem it on my end as I copied and pasted the info many times and everytime it fails.
I went back making a new Password shorter and it still doesn't work.
Can you supply some more information?
- When did you create your account for TOC-MOUL?
- Have you been able to play before?
- Do you log in with a username or an e-mail?
- Did you activate your account via the e-mail you should have got?
- How long is your password that you worry about the length? If even a short password (<20 chars) does not work, it doesn't sound like the length is a problem.
- The classic: did you check caps lock?
Also remember that the forum, TOC-TPotS and TOC-Moul use different accounts, make sure you registered the right one.
Yes I got all that by reading the forums before installing. As it turns out I just logged in using my User Name and not an email addy. I find it strnage it not working and then suddenly working with doing the same thing with the same information. Anyway that is mute as I can now log in.
Thanks for the speedy reply. I must say the game looks good and responsive even with all the settings maxed out....niceeeeeeeeeee

SONAR.Heuristic.120
and the URULauncher.exe file was removed by Norton. Has anyone else received this error/security action? I really want to visit TOC !
gchaser, I get that message every time TOC or MOULa has an update that replaces URULauncher.exe. It's a false positive. All I do is go into Norton's recent history, open the event for "URULauncher.exe", click options and choose the option to restore and exclude from future scans. That does it for me.... Hope this helps.

My account simultaneously exists and does not exist. Same with my user name and password. It is not on file when I try to change my password, but it is on file when I try to create a new account.
My friends, we are all interested in the future, for that is where you and I will be spending the rest of our lives.
