Missed January Sparkly

Due to multiple computer upgrades, I missed the January sparkly (in Gahreesen). It is the only one I don't have. Is there a way to go back and get it or any (cheats)?

I tried setting my system date back to mid January and it didn't produce any sparklies. However, It did create some strange anomalies. The main building was not rotating but frozen with the catwalk aligned with the small island. The second building was rotating normally but as I walked up to the door on the catwalk, some "holes" in the scenery created some strange effects!. I have no clue how having the system date misaligned with the game date would cause this.

I don't know exactly you have those issues but I can tell you it won't work going back in time because the sparklies are tied to the server's clock.
