@Abjab, you can remove TOCRepair.exe, if you want. You can even do a complete cleanup by deleting every file (except the folders, UruLauncher and server.ini) in your TOC-Moul folder.

Yeah, everything should work now. And don't forget that it says "Part 1" in the OP.

Re: Updates 2014/01/18
So far the Calibration Marker Missions seem to be working. Plus timing for mission completion is also accurate...
The only problem I have found so far are with the panic link collections - an arm going through is no good - your whole body must go through for it to count - so it is my aim and not the game - LOL
as you can see mine are finished...
THANK - YOU

'A miracle has happened' - this is really awesome and wonderful, and not only for the TOC shard, but for all shards working on that previously I suppose !!! ... A big Kudos, Congratulations and Hooray to Filtik and the whole TOC team !!! ...
I didn't test it myself yet, but I believe it of course, and expect it to work as perfect as it can be, and I just wanted to throw some more excitement, joy and appreciation in here ...

Hawkster: Try to set your monitor refresh rate to 60Hz.
Re: Updates 2014/01/18
I have tried using TOC for the past couple of months, but to no avail. I've done everything suggested here ... set URUexplorer and URUlauncher and PhysX_setup to run as admin. I have a newer computer running Win7 with a fast connection. Although I have no issues running MOULa itself and zip around there very quickly, I have yet to be able to play TOC without waiting 20-30 minutes just to get to Relto. From there, wherever I link, it can take upwards of 40 minutes! I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice and I still have to wait a loooooong time just to enter. SO disappointing. Also, when I finally get into Relto, there is serious lag and the one time I actually made it to the cavern, I couldn't run up stairs at all without jumping.
Is there any help for these issues? I don't understand why I'm having so much trouble with TOC when my MOULa works just fine.
UPDATE: I have just also tried installing the most recent PhysX software and Legacy driver and still no luck. I was really looking forward to playing on TOC, but I think it's time to throw my hands up and delete it. I thought it would be a simple matter of installing and playing ... like the other shards. Unfortunately, it isn't.

Re: Updates 2014/01/18
The problem you have should not occur. Please check your monitor refresh rate. Afaik, there is a bug that can cause loading screens to take very long when you have a 50Hz refresh rate and you are playing in windowed mode (or fullscreen, I can't remember which was causing the problem). Make sure you have set your refresh rate to 60 Hertz, if you are using a flat screen monitor.
