Holiday Objects in Hood

Last year, I saw some holiday decorations in a Hood but so far this year I haven't found them. I am wondering :
1. They have not appeared, yet
2. I am looking in the wrong Hood.

I don't recall whether the decorations were in my hood or a "community" hood. I know that I only saw them once and they were gone the next time I looked for them. Does anyone know when or if these decorations will appear again this year and if so, which hood? If I see them again, I will capture some pictures.
