"File not found on server": How do I install/play TOC?

Hello!

I was referred to this page by a fellow Uru player and am trying to get this to run.

I followed the "How to play" instructions and downloaded the TOC-MOUL-Installer from the "MOUL" menu on the main page, which gave me a "TOC-Moul.zip". Unlike in the "How to play" instructions, that zip did not contain an installer (which was obviously supposed to compose a new game directory for me), but two files, "UruLauncher.exe" and "server.ini".

I unpacked those into a new directory and started the launcher. It showed me a splash screen with progress bar, similar to the original client. Then an error occurred:

"File not found on server: Data\dat\Garrison_District_WellWindowFake.prp.gz". I click okay, it says "Error downloading from server, exiting".

Any advice please? Thanks in advance!

Please disregard my question... I just found out that I have to manually copy the contents of the original Uru client to the new directory and THEN run the new launcher. It's downloading stuff now.

this is where I am right now. I get this message, but don't know what to do. how do I manually extract files, and ...whatever I need to do to get toc to run ? I don't even have a start up button on my main screen. can anyone help?

I guess you just copied the latest MOULa dat folder when installing?
That is right, but the original files changed with the last update (to 918) and have not been updated on TOC yet. I'll do it asap.
