I noticed that TOC now wants to create a SDL and Python folder in the directory. However, the files it makes there are actually corrupt files.
It's interesting it does that at all since it's an "external client" and doesn't even try to read those files from your own computer's directory.

Those files are not corrupt and the client is indeed using them.
They are downloaded by the secure preloader which is checking them for changes and only reloads them if there were changes. That's why logging in should go a little faster too.
