Full reinstall -- Still can't log in

I deleted my entire TOC Moul folder and reinstalled. I installed MOULa first from the Cyan website. I then installed TOC Moul (the short installer) from this website. I then did a password reset. After all that I still can't login.

I was able to login using my gmail account. It took me to a barren Relto with only a single pillar for the cleft. That link took me to the gate at the cleft. In all other versions of URU, the game started at the gate. I was able to complete the cleft without problems.

Could someone investigate why my frontier account doesn't work. I suspect it may be locked. The email address is **********. I would prefer to use that account since it has all my previous progress saved.
I am not sure Physx installed correctly. Movement is a bit bumpy. I have seen some of the anomalies other people have reported.

I checked the database and your account is existing, active and has 2 avatars.
Be careful to not mix up the TOC-Alcugs client with the TOC-Moul client.
