TPOTS -- Can't access K'Veer after Reinstall

I deleted everything from my TPOTS folder, reinstalled URU and TPOTS from their respective CDs. I installed TOCPATCH. I reinstalled Drizzle and installed all the required addons (offline Ki, etc.) I did not install the "Official No-CD patch" since I have been running TPOTS offline for the past couple weeks and decided to go back online in preparation for the "update". I logged into the server and got all the usual game updates. At this point, almost everything was working. I manually installed the Summer patch for Relto. The only problem I have now is I cannot get into K'Veer. I have three different links (Nexus, City book, one of the fan age books) All three do the same thing, the game hangs with a black screen. There are no error messages. I tried going back to the cleft and playing Yeesha's speech again but that didn't help.

What do I need to do to get K'veer working again?

I think you need to convert your MOULa ages w/drizzle to get kveer.

After I reinstalled Drizzle, I checked and all the addresses were correct so I assumed the previous conversion had been preserved. Wrong!
