Unable to play

I have downloaded the installer two time. I have restarted my computer... all to no avail.
When I try to log on/start TOC, there is a notice: unable to create file/Hard drive may be full

My harddrive has 453GB on it... it is not full
Can anyone advise Please?

Please have a look into the "Common problems and how to solve them" on the MOUL forums, and there click the 'Patcher problems'
spoiler to find the solution to your issue ... I mention this just in case you'll be encountering more hurdles to the shard ...
You could also look here for further ways to get things going ... :P

Of course, I'm telling you the solution right away quoting the suggestion from the MOUL forums ... Enjoy, and see you in the cavern ... :D
I'm getting "Error creating file. Hard drive may be full."
This is caused by the UAC in Vista/Win7 not allowing the patcher to create new files. To solve this problem
close any open patchers, right-click the patcher shortcut (or executable) and select "Run as Administrator".
