Recently it is not possible to take a KI Picture

Every time, I think, when you try to take a picture with your KI you get a Network Error 6, and the MOUL server switches to state "red" or "yellow" for a short time. And then all players crash out?

Did somebody watched the same issue recently?
Does anybody know what's going on?

We are increasingly experiencing crashes after taking KI screenshots, currently. I am working on gathering information on those crashes and I will also contact the H'uru team to figure out if it's a problem with the server or the client.

I changed something on the server. Feel free to try taking KI pictures and find out whether it still crashes. The server will automatically restart every quarter hour.

Nothing has changed.
After I have taken a picture this error appears again ("Untranslated Net..." the message cannot be read properly, because it is partially covered by the Big KI) and the server has switched to state "yellow".

Now, the server has switched back to state "green" (it has restarted I assume), but Urulauncher.exe gets stuck in "Checking for patcher update...".

What have I done.

Hello fellow explorers I got one request - please, don't use F5 in TOC till the picture problem is solved!!!
Instead, you can use Fraps

Okay, looks like my fixing attempt did not solve the problem, I will try another thing with tomorrow's today's (12:03am here) update.

The problem with Fraps is that it costs $37.

I don't know if this helps your troubleshooting or not. Earlier this afternoon, I shot three pictures with Ki. They all appeared in the Ki directory but only one of them was saved to my hard disk.

I use Printkey 2000 for screenshots but it doesn't work well with certain application...like TOC!
