It is my understanding that the boat departs every quarter hour. Is this schedule 24/7? Or does the schedule change on Sundays?
I arrived at the dock this morning at about 7:55 AM local time and the boat was there waiting. I boarded and awaited departure. At 8:10 AM the boat was still there. I linked out to Relto and back to CoD. The boat was still there. Next, I exited TOC to windows (with help from task manager). I restarted TOC, linked to CoD and went to ferry terminal. The boat was gone and could be seen out by the stationary ferry boat. I waited for the boat to return and boarded it again. It departed exactly on schedule.
What happened. Was the boat driver busy in the bar or were there other factors at play here.
I am not calling this a bug since I don't know enough about the operations of the boat.
