Toc Crashes After Video And loading

I just did a fresh install of toc and it crashes after the toc video and the loading screen do you know how to fix it i reinstalled 3 times allready no luck.

Do you get a "Uru Explorer has stopped working" error or something other?

Have you tried to start the game again, before reinstalling it?

nope no error at all just a crash to desktop
