Ok, an update.
I have made progress.

I noticed some files in my dropbox :
dxwebsetup
PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware
vcredist_x86

so I deleted the problem dll and clicked on each of those files
I chose to repair when I clicked on the vcredist_x86 file as it was already installed.

I then clicked on the TOC MOUL icon on my desktop.
The client appeared and downloaded a 119 MB update.

Then the login screen appeared.
I can't log in.

It's not like the other log in problem I have read on this forum,
I KNOW the email address is correct, I have emails from TOC
I am 99% certain the password is correct as it should be the same as my forum password
and I can check what that is.

I tried retrieve password, but I get the message that there is no email of that address on the database.
I have used the email address I have emails from TOC in, to change my password,
so that address should still work ... right?

Please help (again)

Well, your Email is in the Database. I send you a PM with it. Maybe you used a wrong address or used Caps in your email.

Hi I had the same problem, I solved it by asking for a new password and then before I logged in with it, ticked the remember password box. However, before this worked, I had to delete my uru live file plus cod and reinstall the whole lot. Just hoping that when the next update occurs, I dont have to redo, as its a lengthy process. I suspect there may be many others with the same problem, but they just havent logged in since the last update, as they are waiting for the next bit of the story line.
