Can someone tells me when we'll be able to log within 2 mins

Hello,

on of my PC, I waited PATIENTLY (which is something uncommon with me) for 30 straight minutes!! looking at my Uploading screen.

I decided to do the best thing for not scrapping my sunday afternoon: Alt + F4

on the other PC, 20 minutes of wait on the uploading screen then was the avatar selection screen, I choose an avatar, I waited 10 minutes before having the message: "failed to load age". I re-enter the game and what's happening? stuck again on the uploading screen, 10 minutes now...

That's it! I'm doing Alt + F4 and i'll go on another shard!

Maybe you should try the TOCRepair tool in your TOC directory.

After a short update phase, I had no problem with log-in, too.

You should reboot your server(s) because

1) in the whole Web, I have issue accessing only this forum and all TOC website.

2) I'm updating TOC TPOTS at a "HIGH" speed of 5 Kb/s!!! The last time I downloaded at that "speed" it was 5 years ago!

3) I'm reinstalling all TOC MOUL from scratch because TOC repair didn't work at all. I get a download speed of an ENORMOUS 10 Kb/s!!! I'm downloading your TOC Installer that has a size of 4 Mb. 60% now and it took me 10 mins for that.

4) I'm now patching TOC MOUL...it gives me something around 6 hours 30 mins to finish the patching. I'll go to bed and maybe tomorrow it will be finish. Because an hour ago, it was giving me the same amount. You know what...I did ALT+F4 because in the past 20 minutes, I downloaded 2.5 Mb and the estimated time climbed up to 7 hours and 45 mins!!!!

Please do something, I won't run my PCs a full day to download 105 Mb!!!! That's a non-sense.

I also reinstalled TOC in a few days ago, and I downloaded with approximatly 8 MB/s (my fullspeed is around 14 MB/s). Because the other people doesn't have problems, I can only ask the standard questions:

Do you run in administrator?
Do you run in compatibility mode?
Have you copied the 905 files to your TOC folder? (Make sure Cyan's MOULa is up to date)

I hope you forgot something of this. Otherwise I have no idea what's your problem. If you get the "Failed to load age" message again, please go to your AppData/Local/Uru Live/Log directory and send the patcher.0.elf to
support (at) the-open-cave (dot) net. You should not restart your Uru before sending this file!

If it can help, I always run the TOC launcher "as administrator" the first time after an update, this way it seems to go well. Then, during the week I open it normally. And it always works for me this way - the game does start within 2 minutes

(I'm on Win 7 and I have copied the 905 update)

I will send you both files (1 for each PC) because all the above-mentionned tasks are done! <-------------- There's a slight problem here - This folder is already used for an internal built for MOULa. All the logs, I opened them with PlasmaShop, are "internal built" related. My PC seems to avoid TOC MOUL logs.

I would also like that you check what's wrong with my TPOTS install!!! (see my post: BUGS: in Relto & in Nexus)

I tried to start from a fresh install of URU:CC then apply the TOCpatch version 3. The issue is that 3 hours and a half later I was still on the uploading process, I never saw the cleft! I just did ALT + F4!

BTW... If you tell me to run the patcher once more, I'll go out and kill someone , each time I rerunning the patcher, I have for 5 to 6 hours straight to wait before the patching is complete...

Like I said: Can you reboot your server, there's something on your side. There's nothing other that your server side that can explain logically why the data current between your server and my PC is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow!

Well, if you get an error with the Secure Preloader, I have no idea what you did with your client. I also do not understand why you insist that it's a problem with our server. Obviously, you're the only one having such a desastrous problem with the connection.

I even do not understand why you think that we never restart it if no one is asking...
