I had to re-install my OS, which means I have to re-install TOC.
I have got to the point where the launcher asks for MSCVR100.dll
So I download it from dll-files.com and put it in the TOC folder
The launcher then says that either the file is not designed
to work with windows or there is an error with it
It suggests I re-install the program to try to fix the problem.
If I don't have the dll, the launcher wants it,
If I put the dll in the launcher doesn't like it
I have installed C++ runtime
Have I done something wrong?
What can I do to fix this?

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
You have to install the Visual C++ 2010 Runtime.

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
Maybe try to reinstall the Runtime. Uru should find it if it's installed correctly..
Otherwise I have no idea. Maybe Mystler can help you when he read this topic.

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
Re-installing C++ runtime did not help
Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
Have you installed the runtime for x86 and x64? (32bit and 64bit)

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
I can't install the x64 version as my system isn't 64bit

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
I think I found 2 issues here:
1st) Make sure the .dll file is "MSVCR100.dll" and not "MSCVR100.dll".
2nd) Mine is C:\...\windows\system32 and not in C:\...\TOC
It might helps

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
Thank you Annabelle
I made sure I put that dll in (which is the one it was asking for)
but I still get the same result.

Re: MSCVR100.dll problem
Maybe the dll you downloaded is for 64 bit. This means your Computer can't read it. If you have to download the files, you have to download 32 bit files.
