Any advice re how I crash everytime I attempt to link to the Watcher's Pub, would be very much appreciated!!!!!!

I have downloaded the installer two time. I have restarted my computer... all to no avail.
When I try to log on/start TOC, there is a notice: unable to create file/Hard drive may be full

My harddrive has 453GB on it... it is not full
Can anyone advise Please?
