The program cannot start because MSVCP100.dll is missing.
What do I need to do?
I am running Windows 7 and have had problems with a Java update that cannot be installed, is this the same issue?

You need to install the C++ 2010 Runtime.

Unfortunately now I get the login window, the program begins to download the new patcher than a window pops up saying that "Urulauncher.exe has stopped working. Windows is checking for a solution to the problem." This has happened about six times. I will reboot and try again.
