I suppose the DRC numbered Neighbourhoods do not have a specific owner and that we should decide our settings between all of us who reside there. I happen to be the first one to be assigned to the DRC 6 so I would like to propose a poll to my neigbhours, like the one the Guild of Sleepers have realised for their Hood.

But, before we start, how many avvies does a Neighbourhood take? Should we maybe wait untill we are complete? How many places are there left in DRC 6?
