Changing Avatar

I wasn't sure which forum to put this under, but here goes..
It's been a long time since I've changed my avatar, so I thought I'd do that today.
I went in to change it using the "User Control Panel", I deleted my old avatar, but here's the issue: I can't find an option to add a new avatar. I'm looking under "Profile" "Edit Avatar" and I clicked "Display gallery"', nothing happens other than the screen flashes but stays the same.
I've tried using Google chrome, IE 11, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge, same issue.
I can't remember what I did before to add it. Am I not seeing something or is it possible that adding an avatar is disabled?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
