Toc-Home Web Page appears to have become corrupted (?)

Recently my IE 9 browser has been displaying the top TOC-Home page (and only the top TOC-Home page) with every element strung in a vertical line on the left page margin, and a lot of 'Black' filling in the the vacant areas.
I took this to be a temporary anomaly, probably an IE 9 issue, but havn't found a reason or repair for it; and yet all other TOC forum pages (that I've tried) seem to display perfectly, in familiar patterns.
Not finding any other post to this matter, I felt that I ought to advise Mystler/Filtik here, and see if others are experiencing similar things.
I'm running a 32bit Windows Vista Home Premium OS on a 64bit Quad processor using 222 GB SSD (Solid State) Disk and 4GB memory. Its possible that I'm running into low Memory margins then disk limitations, about now; Disk is 70% full and Memory overflow is taken up by slower SSD Drive space, but I can' see how that would have affected just one exclusive (but busy) IE page.
In the meantime I'm going to tinker with IE Display settings to see if I did something that affected it. Note I have recently updated my nVidia display drivers to VR standards with GeForce GTX960 and Envision Alpine.
I'll also try other browsers...
Many Thanks !
