Hi, I had an idea (crazy, I know)
At the moment, the server is frozen and people can't play.
So how do we contact you guys to tell you? Teamspeak? I just downloaded and installed it and you guys are not there (probably busy with something much more interesting, and why not? )

So I thought, how about an IRC channel ... same problem, what if you guys are not there?
Or Skype? I am on Skype if you want me to let you guys know if I noticed the server is down or frozen. PM me if interested.

But for now I thought of this, if you like it, may I suggest making this thread a sticky?

Here's my idea:
We post in this thread that the server is down or frozen.
If someone has already posted it, there is no need for someone else to post it as well. 5 posts about the server being down is no better than 1.

The TOC team see a new post in this thread and take a look.
They get the server working again and post to that effect.

This thread is purely for informing the TOC team that the server is in a state that prevents logins or play
This thread IS NOT for individual technical problems.
And don't post about the scheduled daily backup at 17:00 GMT+1

Hopefully the TOC team sort out the server and this thread is never needed again.

Anyway it's just an idea.

Oh and btw ... the server is frozen at the time I post this.
(no other posts about this until after the TOC team get the server working again and it freezes or goes down)

We are mostly from 16.00 to 22.00 in the TS.

An avatar has been stuck in their relto for an hour and a half, the lights are both green, but I cant log on. Must be froze again! i was wondering if it would be possible to set up an automated log in check to run every hour on the half or 3/4 hour (so it won't conflict with the maintenance shutdown)? If it fails, it could send an alert to someone who can check it out, or at least get the log in light to turn red. Good luck on getting the server to behave itself.
Edit; By log in check I mean checking to see if the log in page can be reached, not actually logging into the game.

I think it's frozen again, with Fred inside. I was linking to City silo with a pellet and wound up with a Black screen, I made it to Relto by courser change, but the screen stayed black. The the link bar and book did show. I program managed shut off, then could not connect to server, and Fred is listed in Relto'

Is it just me, or has the server been on a green light freeze since before 6:00 pm Ki time yesterday? I have been unable to log in, and have seen no one listed on line.
