TPOTS Same Boat found in two different ages??

I have been exploring Elodea a lot and found a sailing vessel moored in a hidden cave. I have also begun exploring all of the fan ages and was very surprised to find the EXACT same boat moored at Janga.
Is Dulcimara the author of both ages and can I expect to see this boat anywhere else?
The boat is a three masted sailing vessel (Possibly motorized) with sails all rigged out. It has crew space (hammocks) below deck for about 16 people. There is a fully equipped galley and two nicely furnished cabins.
Just curious. I have learned not to be too surprised at what I find in TOC.
