The Open Cave

Hi, so this happens to me every now and again - I start TOC launcher and can't get past 'Checking for patcher update...' Usually the server's down, but sometimes it seems it's running just fine (like just about now). I tried launching it 'as admin' (also tried restarting my computer), but still can't connect to TOC apparently. Any suggestions?

EDIT: hmm... noticed something else. Do the lights that indicate the server is down have a bit of a lag, since they just turned red (about 10 mins after I first posted this)? Or maybe it's just me?

Sometimes the server freezes and we have to restart it. We don't know exactly why it freezes, but we are working on this problem.

Oh well then that explains the Logon - Update failure to launch! Happens like every other day to me.
I do know this about logon launches, if they are going to work, they start the update right away and work or . . . just sits there and do nothing!
I hope you work out what is wrong. The place is lots of fun with unbelievable potential.
Oh and you don't happen to know why I crash every time I use my Relto book to link to my Relto do you?
