The Open Cave

Could someone point me in the right direction on how to access the walkable pod age exteriors, at all? I've looked all over the pods and I just can't find out how to get outside from any of them.
Please put into Spoiler brackets so that those who want to keep trying - and aren't frustrated beyone bearing! - don't have to see the info. Thanks.

Go to Negilarn or Payiferen when you link in you will be on the correct floor. Bingo - you have accessed the exterior of the Pod...
