The Open Cave

Since images of this object now appear on the courtyard and pub imagers, I think it is safe to say that this is the Tardis time machine from the BBS television series "Dr. Who".

Now, has anyone figured out how it works? Does it follow a fixed rotation schedule based on the clock? I have seen the Tardis at four different locations--Ferry Terminal, end of Tunnel near great stairs, in front of museum and near the Library nexus terminal. Are there other locations where it has appeared? Does it travel to ages outside of COD such as Teledahn, Gahreesen, etc.? Does it go anywhere not reachable by normal travel around the cave?

Is it possible go inside and "ride" along? Is it just coincidence that it disappears every time I try to approach it or is it not possible to get up close?

I guess that's enough questions for now.

Interesting questions, Cal, but as there are already pictures posted by Grandbad as you've seen them already in-game and me here on the forum's portal, he must have come very close already and even got inside in one way or another ...

Really, very interesting, will have to check that out myself anytime soon, but maybe it requires more time and effort to figure out how to succeed to approach it in the right way, or maybe through activation of something anywhere, there might also be a puzzle implemented to be solved ... Any hints in the right direction would be nice to have though ... Hehe, great stuff, TOC team ...
