I am watching this voting process with fascination and delight and wouldn't want to influence the natural outcome at all..... "The Best of TOC" kind of determines itself here using the TOC community who are registered on this website. Two thoughts came to mind....

1) It might be interesting to know how others might vote given they have only MOULa experience, OR (conversely) neither TOC nor MOULa experience; I wondered if it might be worth running this same KI selection (say) and voting system on MOULa Forum, too ?? ....(and, I suppose, the 'neither' category might be doable somewhere else too, perhaps, as an option, but could well provide broader TOC And MOULa visibility and exposure to a broader public, perhaps (?)). And this might increase public awareness of both MOUL and TOC .....??

2) By present Process, it is impossible to include a Title in the submitted KI Pics, and the Title sometimes determine a KI Pic's meaning, or at least the author's intent (which may or may not be self-evident from the Pic). This may be an opportunity to run a 'Sub-Event', in which Forum members submit their "Title" suggestions (for vote) for the KI Pics provided.....??

3) I suppose you could then run a Third Process to re-vote the original KI selection with Titles LOL, and see how the original selection was confirmed...But that would be more of a social science experiment to determine "Are Titles Critical ?"..
