how to access the game???????

hello!
sorry to bother you with a stupid question but i can't access the game! can anybody help me i created differents accounts, differents password, nothing seems to be accepted i'm always "not autentificated"
if anybody can give me a clue.... thx

Hi,
have you created the correct account? The forums, TPotS shard and MOUL shard alll have different accounts.
Also make sure you verified it. After registering you should get an e-mail with a confirmation link.

I've the same problem as irip ... server doesn't want to authentificate me, i've correctly created an account for toc and another one to join the forum but the one to go to the open cave still doesn't want me in...

"edit" now that works but i have this error : not found data/dat/customavatar_district_bahro1 prp gz? please can someone help?

Looks like you are missing some files from MOULa. Try to copy the specified files from your MOULa installation or (if you used our Installer) click on the TOC Repair shortcut that should be in your start menu.
