I have worked through Authentication error and others by following suggestions here. Now I get past the Login Screen and URU Setup but then I get "cypython22.dll is missing from your computer". This is the first time I have seen this error. Any ideas? Thanks!

This may be of help. TOC has a few things that you may want to use to remedy this.

Thanks. I checked that out and did some more thinking. Finally I checked in some other URU installations I have for other shards. I copied the dll file I needed plus binkw32.dll also. I got into TOC! I visited Teledan, Eder Gira and Gahreesen. When I got back to my Relto after getting my KI, the pillars were closed again and none of them responds. I went to the bevin (got sucked into the darkness while looking through the viewer at the lake. Haha!) and the Watchers Pub to get Ahnonay and Er'cana on my shelf. Then I wanted to play around in the City of Dimensions. It got stuck in loading. After 15 minutes I shut the game down as it was frozen. Has anyone else experienced this? Am I missing some files?

Sometimes compatibility mode helps a lot. You can try it, especially if you are with win XP like me (set it to win 98.. i know it is strange but it works for me - i never crash but loading time of ages is increased to 2 minutes sometimes).

Scarchu is quite correct.
I usually do a right click on the desktop TOC icon and run it in administrator.
TOC used to be very unstable, but as time passed, the shard is one of the best.

It worked! I got in and ran into someone who was kind enough to show me a couple "hidden' places. I look forward to exploring further. There are no books or links in my nexus. However I have been able to visit ages through the books in my Relto. Is that normal?

UPDATE: More looking around various forums and thinking. I had the Drizzle UAM so I copied the contents of my TPOTS folder to a new folder and renamed it just in case I messed it up. At least I would have the one that was letting me in. Then I directed the UAM to the new folder. New and improved! I have the nexus working and several ages loaded. Thanks for y'alls patience.
