I believe I have done everything properly to attempt to get to control center 4, but the desired and expected results are not obtained.

When my visitor links through the pedestal from water Ahnonay to the Ahnonay Cathedral, the globes do not rotate.
I am certain that I have met the solution requirements of MOULa and other shards, including...

clearing the island(s) of all quabs,
obtaining both Relto pages from control areas 2 and 3,
touching all seven cloths including the one on the C-shaped water island, and
making sure that neither my pet nor my visitors' are active at the time we attempt to perform the key rotation.
I have tried several times with several different visitors, so the issue is very repeatable.
I have also completed Er'cana, except for the final step which requires the completion of Ahnonay first.
I believe that this is a bug.
* If so, what would it take to get it looked at and fixed?
* If not, are you aware of anything else that I could do, short of deleting my avatar and starting over?[/list]

I think there is a general problem with Ahnonay, because i can't rotate the sphere either, also i've tried helping other players and the result was negative.
P.S.: It is not the pet - i don;t use one.

First I can tell you that collecting (or not collecting) the relto pages has no effect on rotating the spheres.
Also, you mentioned you had touched all seven clothes, you must be mistaken as you don't get to the final cloth in Ahnonay until you have rotated the sphere and got to maintenance area 4.
Ahnonay on TOC is even more glitched than Ahnonay on MOULa.
I had friends helping me clear the quabs, and when we went to rotate the spheres, we ended up back on the water island and all the quabs respawned immediately.

I have had this same issue also. This is how I got past it (yes it was a pain but worked).
Spoiler:
First I cleared the quabs.
I then had my friend link in.
I then linked out to Relto and came back, the quabs have reappeared (I think for my friend's avie - that's just a guess though, they weren't visible until I relto'ed out and back.)
I re-cleared the quabs and swam out to the Maint room.
Now when my friend touches the book it moved the sphere.
I tried clearing the quabs with my friend there the first time but that did not work, I still had to clear them alone and then again with a friend there. Strange but true
