I have really gotten into exploring hidden spaces. I have just located a room in COD that could be ready for Sharper to move in and use as his new office!
I'm not going to say where it is but I put pictures of it on the main imager in the courtyard. Look quickly since photos I have posted to that imager in the past don't last too long.
It is a nice space with windows on two sides. One side faces the courtyard and the other windows faces Takotah. Oops, maybe too much information! LOL!

We call it from quite some time the "foggy room" If you look at recent forum's posts you should see a discussion between AlanD and me about how to access there and now... how to climb starting from the museum... I think I gave you enough hints about the thread i'm talking about

As far as I know this is just the City-Version of the DRC-Office you can look into from the Spyroom, isn't it? From the outside you can even see the open window.
Hmm, would be nice to put some light and furniture in it ...

It is the location of the DRC office, however the actual spyroom + office location in the game is completely separate from the city, like the balconies you get to from the City book

A doorway to the adjacent room would be handy!

Folkher is right. The "foggy room" is standing where the spyroom far office should be placed. I took some pictures before / after the merging of both Tokotah building in Ae'gura + Spyroom using an internal client in MOULa
You can see clearly what I mean.
@AlanD: What makes you think the spyroom is completely separate from the city is part by the fact Cyan made 2 separated ages where they should have made only 1. See pictures to convince yourself
Pictures 1 to 3: Ae'gura to COD-like foggy room
Spoiler:
This is how the room looks like in Ae'gura (picture took in my own private hood instance of the city)
Close look of the room without any fog
Modifications made to make the room looks like in COD with eerie fog in it
Pictures 4 to 7: From Spyroom to a mix between Spyroom and Ae'gura
Spoiler:
Spyroom took in fly mode
Closer look at the room with all the furnitures in it
Adding the prp of the Tokotah Courtyard, you can see the buildings match exactly, I didn't remove the one from the Spyroom age
Hiding** the spyroom itself inside its real location: the Tokotah building of which we can visit the rooftop
**: I didn't remove the spyroom, I only add the prp of the buildings between the Ferry Terminal & the Tokotah Courtyard
Pictures 8 & 9: Mixing the foggy room with the DRC room of the Spyroom age.
Spoiler:
Here I add the same effects as picture 3 to make the foggy room
This is the most talky picture. I took it inside the "merged" building, you see the 2 rooms overlay and see they are at the same exact position. The difference in width match exactly the phenomenon encounter in COD where we have a dark annex to the foggy room. That annex is the other half section of the DRC room with all the furnitures
