The Open Cave

The reader board in Takotah Courtyard states that there is a Referee shirt available. Discussion here in past two weeks indicates some new Chinese hats available.

Can someone tell the general location of these items. I don't need specifics. Something like, they are in the hood or in the city or in Teledahn, etc. I don't find any of them in the Relto wardrobe closet.

There is some bug with that, cause after a crash of the server before some time my prime avvie have only the prime clothes in his wardrobe.
I can't even use my guild shirt, made by Alien
TOC team tried fixing that, but without success so far.

I found the shirt along with a rainbow striped model. I was looking in the wrong part of the wardrobe.
