What I thought was a third Bahro Stone in CoD

Folks,
Today I became obsessed with a square object that I saw at the bottom of a cliff... it looked like an additional Bahro Stone, or maybe a Relto page.
The location of the cliff is at the end of Tokotah Alley, where the end of the road has fallen away. ...and look straight down, you'll see it.
Because the object had a panic link zone just above it, I finally used the cheat codes and swam (slewed) over the water, clockwise from the Ferry Terminal.
Silly me. What looked like a Bahro Stone turned out to be the bottom of a cone, which lay wedged between the rocks. Now you don't have to go on the same wild goose chase:
