WoW ! Many Thanks Mystler, Filtik, Opa et al...This may be a little premature (too soon ?) but the authentication server doesn't recognize me any more, after the 2.11 update load: I thought that the Client password may have been accidentally truncated and so I messed with alternatives before convincing myself that the original password and account name (email address) won't work for me anymore. At least , not for now perhaps ?. The Update download came really slow because my IP rate was crawling (unusually slow) at the time. Its better now but the authentification server seems to be still refusing me. what changed ?

Yes, my login details doesn't work either
Same problem like abjab - auth. server don't recognize me

I just tweeted to TOC about the auth server ... so with that, and posts on here, hopefully they'll see it and fix it.

I finally spotted the issue and the fix should be live in a few minutes.

UPDATE: There you go!

Yay ! That last few MB of download got me accepted online , but the the process hung..before Avie selection window..it then broke free, but windows reportes "A serious error..." still running; I had to kill it with task Manager, and was unable to capture the error. ""Updating" disappears and cursor freezes after 45 seconds from login selection; it runs for 2 minutes more before declaring "Serious Error", and it doesnt appear to recover from there. Ratio might be useful...

Whatever that update has done, I can't log in
It starts loading, with the pulsing Open Cave logo, then it freezes.
It's as if it can't load the avatar select screen

And TOC now shoots the CPU useage up over 50%

Yes (again) same problem here.. logo and whole PC freeze

The startup should load after some time, however, I'm currently investigating the issue.

In case it will help, there is an update of the error at my PC:
After i wait 1 minute on the "the open cave" screen, for a second i can see UPDATEING and then i get "URU has Experienced a serious error and needs to close. Please..... developer"
