I am currently very unhappy

I have been fighting this application for 3-4 days now and things aren't improving.

The following describes my latest attempt. There have been many failures prior to this one.
I deleted everything in the TOC-MOUL folder and Local settings->applications->toc-moul folder.
After confirming that everything was gone, I reinstalled MOULa 1.912 from Cyan website (used recommended download site). I allowed the installer to download and perform required updates. I did not login.
I then deleted urulauncher.exe and uruexplorer.exe from the TOC-MOUL folder.
Next, I downloaded the full installer (66.7mb) from this site and installed it.
I then executed the URUlauncher program. It performed some updates and then displayed the login screen. I attempted to login with my original @frontier.com email address and password. That was refused by the server saying that either the login or password is invalid. This is a login/password that I have been using for most of the past year.
I then tried logging in with my gmail address. I got to the startup screen where my avatar was displayed. I clicked "play" and nothing happened. I exited and tried again...same thing. At this point, I quit.

Previously I was able to get past this point to my Relto.

I know there are still some major problem on the server so I am just going to sit back and watch for a few days. I am totally wasting my time fighting this thing. This was a great application and I sincerely hope it gets there again.

URU is presently down at this time.
Chogan, I believe is working on a re-boot for URU.
I have been on TOC several times today, with no problems.
Deep Island is working.
Minkata Shard is working.
Gehn Shard hasn't worked for me for a few weeks.
Be patient, we have all had trouble with different shards at one time or another.
Hopefully, everything will be up and running soon.

As I stated often enough you are the only one with such dramatic problems and I have no idea why. Besides, it is holiday season and I think you can understand that we have some priorities in our RL too.

Please be a bit patient and please do not open a new thread every time if you have the same problem (logging in)...

Roger,

If you press the 'Play' button more than once, it will not work. Click it once and patiently wait. I had the same problem. That should get you in.
