I am currently very unhappy

I have been fighting this application for 3-4 days now and things aren't improving.
The following describes my latest attempt. There have been many failures prior to this one.
I deleted everything in the TOC-MOUL folder and Local settings->applications->toc-moul folder.
After confirming that everything was gone, I reinstalled MOULa 1.912 from Cyan website (used recommended download site). I allowed the installer to download and perform required updates. I did not login.
I then deleted urulauncher.exe and uruexplorer.exe from the TOC-MOUL folder.
Next, I downloaded the full installer (66.7mb) from this site and installed it.
I then executed the URUlauncher program. It performed some updates and then displayed the login screen. I attempted to login with my original @frontier.com email address and password. That was refused by the server saying that either the login or password is invalid. This is a login/password that I have been using for most of the past year.
I then tried logging in with my gmail address. I got to the startup screen where my avatar was displayed. I clicked "play" and nothing happened. I exited and tried again...same thing. At this point, I quit.
Previously I was able to get past this point to my Relto.
I know there are still some major problem on the server so I am just going to sit back and watch for a few days. I am totally wasting my time fighting this thing. This was a great application and I sincerely hope it gets there again.
