Climbing The Wall Again: The Wall Tournament Reloaded

Unfortunately our first wall tournament had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. But we promised to make up for it and after some days of extensive testing and bug-fixing, TOC invites you to join our tournament again.
The event will be held on July 14th at 9.00 pm CEST (7.00 pm UTC).
Meetup will be at the Contest Hood at 8:30 CEST (6:30 pm UTC). (Just use your Nexus to link there.)
Please sign up here if you'd like to participate. Just log in with your TOC account + password and choose the avatar you'll be playing with. You can also choose your team (color) on the form. Players who don't choose a team themselves will be assigned randomly. You can also log in again and change your avatar or team. If you want to be deleted from the list, comment in this thread. Please expect the game to last for about 2 hours, depending on the number of participants, and plan accordingly.
You can still just show up at the event and decide spontaneously to join in the fun, but it would be nice to have a rough idea how many participants we'll have.
If you don't know how to play the wall game, just take a look at our tutorial. Feel free to "practice" until the tournament, so you know how to use the control panel. Please, also take a look at the known issues included in the tutorial. Filtik has modified the lights on the control panel. You can take a look here and learn what they mean.
Course of action:
If you climb outside the blocker area (on the sides, where you can't block the path), you will also be disqualified.
Known Issues:
If someone links into Gahreesen after the game has been started (the green button has been pressed), the display panel and the conference room display will be messed up (mainly for the player who linked into the age). It only affects the display of the blockers, not the set blockers themselves. It doesn't affect any gameplay and all displays will be back to normal when you start a new game round.
Suggestions are welcome!
Hope to see you all on Saturday! Have fun playing!

Course of action:
- All participants meet at the Contest Hood.
- Please activate your autoshout by typing /autoshout before you link to the Contest Gahreesen. All commands will be deactivated there during the event.
- We prepared a special link book to the Contest Gahreesen. Every player will be able to link back to Contest Gahreesen on their own if there's a crash or disconnect.
- The "Event" avatar will be master of ceremonies. If he calls your name, please go to your control room and sit down at the panel. Don't press any buttons until "Event" tells you to, or you'll mess up the game.
- The master of ceremonies will tell you the following: start the panel and set blocker number, set your blockers, confirm your entry, go to the wall and wait at the foot of the ladder, start climbing. (Please don't rush and do any of it by yourself. Unfortunately it is still very easy to mess up the wall game like that.)
- We will be using 15 blockers for the game. (Upper button on the left. If it doesn't react when pressed, press another button first.)
- Only one player has to activate the panel and to set the blocker number. It will be done by the violet team.
- There will (hopefully) be 4 game admins (Filtik, Opa, Mystler, Al Bina) present to help with the event - 2 on every side of the wall - but play commands will only be given by the "Event" char to prevent confusion.
- It will be a sudden death tournament. If you lose a game, you're out.
- We play with 15 blockers. The violet team will activate the panel and set the number of blockers.
- There's a 10 minute time limit per game. If you can't reach the top during that time, the game will be abandoned and repeated with 5 less blockers at the end of the round.
- There will be 2 teams, the yellow and the violet one. You can choose one side when registering, otherwise you'll be asigned randomly.
- If one of the participants crashes, their game is abandoned and repeated after the other games of the round are completed.
- If the crashed participant doesn't return or someone has to leave early (during the round), their opponent automatically wins the game.
- If there are 6 or less players, we may switch to a round-robin/sudden death tournament style mix, to make the tournament last a bit longer than 15 minutes.
- We will also count team points to determine a winning team. We just haven't decided on a method.
If you climb outside the blocker area (on the sides, where you can't block the path), you will also be disqualified.
