No Connection to Gameserver

Hello Friends.
Since today morning I can't connect to the TOC-MOUL Gameserver, though it seems to be online.
Pinging the Server-IP shows normal response times.
At the first try I got an errormessage in URU-Launcher: Can't connect to host, atm the launcher is waiting for 15 minutes without any message. Click on "Cancel" shuts down the launcher.
