I am trying to finish my downloading for TOC MOUL and I get to the Sign-in page where i need to put my User name and Password.
When I fill it out it says my account was either inactive or have been banned.
Can you help??

You should get an activation email. If you click the link in this mail you should be able to log in. If you didn't get it take a look into your Spam folder.
