I tried to install TOC for MOUL, and at the end of the installation I get the message: "Error writing the file libeay32.dll". Retry doesn't work. After I press ignore, I keep getting the same messages with python27.dll, ssleay32.dll, UruLauncher.exe and server.ini. After the installation is done I can start Uru, but it appears to be the old MOUL server and not TOC.

Is this a known problem? is it fixable?

Uh, are you sure you are using the TOC-Moul installer and start TOC Moul via the TOC shortcut?

May i suggest to check the install folder for TOC to be empty?

If you are using Windows 7 try to run the installer as Administrator.
