I made it to the arch (no spoilers)

I heard it was possible to go out to Korath arch. I met someone a couple days ago who offered to show me the way so I agreed. I followed him for awhile and then I fell into the abyss. I decided to try another time later.

I tried three times yesterday and either fell or the server crashed (network error 6). I tried twice this morning and on the second try I succeeded in reaching the base of the arch. There was a place where the rock met the foundation of the arch. I was hesitant to proceed since I was not sure if the the structure was solid or not. It's not... It turned out to be a wormhole leading back to Relto!

I am not a mountaineer or spelunker but this experience has me wanting to explore more of the "upper" part of the cave. In Cod, with the unusual physics of the environment, it is possible to go places not otherwise reachable. I am exploring one such area now but haven't had much success.

Enough rambling!

Shorah! and have a good day.
Cal

Congratulations to You, Cal! And actually .. You've now only started on the path of
New & Exciting Explorations in the TOC! A little bit different to the ordinary MOULa.

Over at Guild of Sleepers Forum>> we have a couple of Topics about our explorations
down in TOC and all the different Ages. Usually trying to keep it as 'spoiler-free' as we
can be. Hints and clues about how to do .. and what areas You can reach. [Look under
MOULa & Open Sourse / The Open Cave Shard]

A very much an 'Ongoing Project' .. And still [at least I think] .. Great Fun!

Good job Cal.
Did you know that there is a way to the Arch from the Right Side?
I knew there was a way, but myself and others have found the passage.
Love TOC. So much to offer.

I posted a reply but I guess I forgot to hit Submit!!

I wondered about a right side passage but haven't found a place to start. Perhaps the same starting point as the left route but turn around and go the opposite direction. I'll have to investigate that further.

Thanks,
Cal
